Meeting in frames of USAID funded Community Connections program

On December 6th, 2010, US Ambassador in Armenia Ms. Marie L. Yovanovitch held a meeting with ten Armenian attorneys who participated in the USAID funded Community Connections program “Independent Practice by Emerging Legal Professionals” in July 9-30, 2010. Managing director of Concern-Dialog Law Firm Sedrak Asatryan participated in the meeting as well.
During the meeting the participants discussed the obtained skills they got within the program and how they apply this knowledge in Armenia. Director Kregg Halstead of the American Bar Association in Armenia and Mariam Martirosyan from the USAID funded Community Connections program participated in the meeting as well.
The meeting is especially highlighted by the fact that the USA Government, represented by the Ambassador, is interested in the development of the Institute of Attorney in Republic of Armenia, which is very welcome.
