Sedrak Asatryan in "Capital" TV program _ Yerkir Media TV

April 8, 2013, Mr. Sedrak Asatryan, "Concern-Dialog" law firm Managing Partner, attorney, was invited to "Capital" TV program at Yerkir Media TV.
Naira Avanesyan, Head of Legal Compliance department of State Revenues Committee, Ara Zohrabyan, Deputee President of the Palace of Advocates of RA, Paylak Tadevosyan, Head of Taxpayers Rights Protection NGO. The discussion was chiefly on Article 205 of Criminal code of RA /Evasion of taxes, duties or other mandatory payments/.
Mr. Asatryan stated "Macro-business employs lawyers who help their employers to solve their legal issues relatively easier. The micro-business, however, does not have the opportunity to hire lawyers, thus their small error may entail fines in the amount of 2 to 3 million AMD (which is to heavy for a micro-businessman). Usually after these fines the businesses leave the market."
Therefore, Mr. Asatryan offers to increase the minimal punishable amount of evaded taxes up to 15 mimmion AMD.
