Aram Orbelyan speaks about Institutions of Guarantee

“Concern Dialog” law firm Senior Partner, Attorney Aram Orbelyan speaks about Institution of Guarantee hosted by Yerkir Media TV Company “Ditaketum” TV show. He specifically noted that the whole meaning of the guarantee is that the person acting as a guarantor should be responsible for the unpaid debt of the borrower with his/her property.According to Aram Orbelyan, the guarantee institution is personalized and the problem arises when the debtor fails to pay his debts, as a result of which the guarantor becomes a debtor. "One should not feel embarrassed to sign a warranty contract if he finds that the borrower will not be able to pay his debt," Aram Orbelyan said in his speech. Watch the video for details:
