Ashot Poghosyan specialises in constitutional and administrative law, focusing on representation in the Constitutional Court. Additionally, he provides advice and representation in various areas of administrative and public law. Joined Concern Dialog team in 2022.
He pursued his legal education at the Faculty of Law of Humboldt University in Berlin and currently teaches at the French University in Armenia and the Armenian-Russian University. Concurrently, Ashot is working on his doctoral dissertation at Bonn's Friedrich Wilhelm University.
