New edition of Lexology Getting the Deal Through Periodical on the production of medicine in various countries of the world and medical equipment has been published.
Section on the regulations applicable in Armenia was authored by Concern Dialog’s partner, attorney Narine Beglaryan and associate Kaghtsrik Gevorgyan.
Regulations on the production of medicine in the Republic of Armenia were discussed in detail in the Q&A format, moreover, the licensing and authorization processes from the creation of medicines to their production has been introduced. In addition to the production of medicine, the requirements and processes set for the creation and production of medical equipment have been presented separately. Special attention has been paid to data protection, privacy and advertising regulations.
