Concern Dialog attorneys on new procedural rules for the public procurement disputes

Concern Dialog Law Firm's Senior Associate, Attorney Sofya Kharatyan and Associate, Attorney Lilit Tadevosyan have prepared a joint note about new procedural rules for the public procurement disputes.

Amendments to procurement and related legislation came into force on June 1, 2022. According to the said amendments, disputes related to public procurement shall be examined directly by the courts. The possibility to apply to "the person reviewing the complaints related to procurement" (alternative dispute resolution mechanism) is no longer available.
