Former Justice of the Court of Cassation Sergey Marabyan joined Concern Dialog as a Counsel

Dr. Marabyan, a former Justice of the Cassation Court of Armenia, brings a wealth of experience and proven expertise to our team.
He will be managing the criminal law practice of the firm, and leveraging his extensive knowledge and practice to defend clients facing criminal charges or protecting victims of crimes. His in-depth understanding of Armenian law, particularly in criminal law practice, will be a significant asset as we continue to provide exceptional legal representation to our clients.
In addition to his practice at Concern Dialog, Mr. Marabyan will continue his dedication to legal education by lecturing at the Yerevan State University, the Justice Academy, and the Academy of Advocates. Mr. Sergey Marabyan is PhD in law, associate professor at YSU law faculty. He worked as prosecutor in 2013-2014 and served as judge from 2014 to 2024, including the position of Justice of Court of Cassation.
