The International Trademark Association (INTA) Leadership Meeting 2025 was held, bringing together committee members and experienced intellectual property professionals for strategic and practice-oriented discussions. The meeting is one of INTA’s key professional platforms and provides an opportunity to directly contribute to the development of global IP policy, legal enforcement mechanisms, and best practices.

Sargis Knyazyan, Head of Concern Dialog’s Intellectual Property Practice, and Deputy Head Yevgenya Nikoghosyan attended the meeting as members of INTA committees. The agenda covered a wide range of strategic and practical IP issues, including:

• modern approaches to trademark protection and legal enforcement mechanisms,

• brand protection in the digital environment,

• the impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on IP law,

• the role of committees in shaping international best practices.

It should be noted that Sargis is a member of the Parallel Imports Committee, while Yevgenya is a member of the Geographical Indications Committee. Their participation demonstrates that Concern Dialog continues to develop and expand its intellectual property services, a process further strengthened following the merger with the specialized law firm Knyazyan & Partners, enabling the combination of international experience and sector-specific expertise to provide effective support to clients in Armenia and internationally.

Participation in the INTA Leadership Meeting 2025 not only reinforces Concern Dialog’s global visibility but also ensures continued engagement in global IP developments, the integration of innovative approaches, and the application of international best practices.
