On June 24th, 2014 "Concern-Dialog" Law Firm Managing partner Sedrak Asatryan and Firm partner, attorney Janna Simonyan organized a seminar on Labor Law at Armenia Marriott hotel. The main topic of the seminar was “The procedures on dismissal of employees by the employer’s initiative and related impacts”.

 

The trainers paid special attention to the following issues:

  • common mistakes by the Employers while dismissing of the employee and possible risks;
  • accurate estimation of real dimensions of possible material damage caused to the Employer as the aftermath of inaccuraces in employment termination;
  • interactivediscussion of real life project court cases
  • presentation of best practices and description of preventing inaccuraces.
