N. Beglaryan and A. Orbelyan discussing the problems of financial sector legislation

May 22, 2015, Aram Orbelyan, Senior partner and Narine Beglaryan, Senior lawyer of "Concern-Dialog" law firm, participated in a discussion of issues related to the financial sector legislation. The discussion was organized by the Central Bank of Armenia for the representatives of law firms.
During the meeting, the representatives of Armenian law firms discussed the problematic issues of the current legislation. They proposed series of improvements, particularly certain ammendments to the concept of proper notice, improvement of arbitration institute, filling in the gaps in bankruptcy legislation, and other issues.
