Mondaq’s comparative guide on international arbitration was published

A comparative guide on the international arbitration was published on Mondaq platform which provides detailed information on the process of arbitration in the Republic of Armenia and the legal regulations related thereto. The work was authored by Concern Dialog's junior partner, attorney Lilit Karapetyan and associate Kaghtsrik Gevorgyan.
The guide provides information on the legislation regulating the process of arbitration in Armenia, dwells on the scope of disputes subject to settlement through arbitration, legislative requirements set for the arbitration agreements, grounds for challenges against the jurisdiction of the arbitration tribunals as well as other details on the process of arbitration.
