The speaker also emphasized the role of transboundary law firms, advocacy networks, and unions in ensuring high-quality of the provided professional standards and services.

He represents and defends a person whom the state suspects or accuses of committing a specific but alleged crime. Our mission is to provide quality legal assistance to a person during the criminal proceedings, proper legal protection from the accusation, as well as protection of the individual's rights, interests in civil and administrative processes, during which identifying the lawyer with their client is wrong," said Dr Aram Orbelyan. At the same time, lawyers, following their professional principles, should not leave the impression of being identified with the client through their actions or speeches.
