Invitation to workshop participation: “Force majeure, frustration and sanctions: a comparative analysis of English ,Russian and Armenian laws”

Concern Dialog Law Firm is restarting series of workshops and is glad to invite you to participate in a seminar on the subject “Force majeure, frustration and sanctions: a comparative analysis of English, Russian and Armenian laws”.

The selected topic is one of the matters of disputes and concerns in contract relations of the preceding couple years, started due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then several international sanctions between main partner countries of the Republic of Armenia.

Egishe Dzhazoyan

Egishe Dzhazoyan is a partner in King & Spalding’s London office and specializes in international arbitration and litigation. Aram Orbelyan

Aram Orbelyan specializes in litigation and (international) arbitration service provision. For over a decade he represents client in complex courts cases, as well as in investment and arbitration cases. Aram Orbelyan is the chairman of the Association of Arbitrators of the Republic of Armenia, in 2011-2014 he was Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, where he, among other things, also coordinated the process of reforms of the Civil Procedural and Civil codes.
