On April 13, Lilit Karapetyan, a partner, attorney at Concern Dialog, was a keynote speaker during a roundtable discussion on International Arbitration and the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce, hosted at the French University in Armenia.
The meeting was organized by Resolve Academy, Elsa Armenia, and the ADR and Arbitration Commission of ICC Armenia.
Lilit Karapetyan provided an overview of the history, structure, and key features of the ICC Arbitration Court. Insight into the ICC's arbitration rules, administrative support, and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and transparency.
The speakers took time to answer questions from the students during the discussion.
