The members of the Concern Dialog team spoke about the perspective of development of arbitration in Armenia at the global legal forum of the Russian-Armenian University

On December 4, Junior Partner of Concern Dialog law firm, Attorney Lilit Karapetyan and Senior Associate, Attorney Ani Hambardzumyan participated at the Global Legal forum organized by Russian-Armenian University Global Forum as moderator and speaker.
Within the panel dedicated to Arbitration, the panelists have discussed the current situation in the sphere, existing problems, and the potential routes of tackling such problems. The issue of the lack of sufficient knowledge on arbitration and, especially, the prejudiced approach to arbitration has been discussed. The panelists have suggested ways of improvement of professional trainings in the sector.
In the panel discussion, the participants talked about the activity of arbitration centers in Armenia, obstacles to development and presented their options for solving the problems.
The participants also answered the questions of students and representatives of the business sector.
