The prestigious international platform Chambers and Partners has published Family Law 2024 Global Practice Guide, where Concern Dialog Law Firm’s Senior Associate, Attorney Sofya Kharatyan and Junior Associate Lusine Hakobjanyan authored the chapter of Armenia.
The guide provides the latest information on divorce processes and jurisdiction requirements, division of assets, spousal maintenance, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody and child support, and ADR.
The Family Law 2024 guide covers nearly 30 jurisdictions.
