Legal 500 has published a new comparative guide on the enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, featuring a joint contribution from Aram Orbelyan, managing partner, attorney of Concern Dialog law firm, and senior associate, attorney Ani Hambardzumyan, which focuses on the legal framework in Armenia.
Guide provides information about the current issues affecting enforcement of judgments in a particular country and addresses topics such as the applicable legal framework, overview of process, challenges to enforcement, appeals, costs and interests in their respective country.
