Employment in Armenia: Publication by Concern Dialog in Chambers Global Practice Guide 2024

Chambers and Partners has released the Employment Guide, which includes a chapter on Armenian legislation authored by the Concern Dialog team: senior associate Shushanik Stepanyan, associate Arianna Adamyan, and junior associate Anna Hovhannisyan*.

The Chambers Employment Guide 2024 introduces employment law matters across 53 jurisdictions. The Guide contains the latest legal information from around the globe on the main changes in employment law that have been enacted or decided in the past year․

The Concern Dialog team made remarks on employment contracts and conditions, the data privacy law, the employment of foreign workers, the role of unions, termination of employment, employment disputes and dispute resolution.

*Currently, Anna Hovhannisyan is engaged in her academic journey abroad.
