20/11/2024
Sarkis Knyazyan, the Head of Intellectual Property Practice at Concern Dialog, represented the firm in the prestigious International Trademark Association’s (INTA) 2024 Leadership Meeting, as a member of Parallel Imports committee. This annual, invitation-only event, held from November 12–15 in New Orleans, Louisiana, brought together INTA’s committee members and IP professionals from around the world to address critical IP challenges.
Key topics included the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) with copyright, strategies for combating online scams, and protecting trade secrets in the digital age. Specific sessions addressed ethical and practical implications of using AI in trademark practice and the global challenges of enforcing IP rights.
The participation in the INTA’s Leadership Meeting followed shortly after Concern Dialog’s recent merger with Knyazyan & Partners, further strengthening its position as Armenia’s leading full-service law firm. The merger underscores the firm’s commitment to expanding its capabilities in intellectual property law to better serve the needs of both local and international clients.
Mr. Knyazyan’s involvement at INTA Leadership Meeting highlights Concern Dialog’s dedication to excellence in intellectual property practice. By engaging with global peers and contributing to advancement of IP law, the firm reaffirms it mission to deliver innovative, client-focused legal solutions across a broad range of practice areas.
