Workplace Investigations: Concern Dialog featured in the International Employment Lawyer Guide

Senior Associate, Attorney Shushanik Stepanyan, Associate, Attorney Svetlana Mkrtchyan, and Junior Associate Anna Hovhannisyan (who was part of the team during the preparation of the publication) from Concern Dialog authored the Armenian chapter of Workplace Investigations in IEL’s guide.
They provide insights into Armenia’s regulatory framework, investigation procedures, employee rights, and employer obligations, as well as key considerations for confidentiality, evidence collection, reporting requirements, and the role of internal and external investigators in workplace investigations.
The chapter also examines the potential legal consequences that both employers and employees may face as a result of workplace investigations․.
Additionally, it outlines best practices for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and minimizing risks related to wrongful terminations, privacy violations, and procedural errors.
