One-Day Intensive Course in Criminal Procedure։ From Detention to Alternatives: Defense Strategies

On May 29, Concern Dialog Law Firm, in collaboration with the Russian-Armenian University, is organizing a one-day intensive course in Criminal Procedure, dedicated to modern approaches to the application of preventive measures and defense strategies.
The course is designed for law students and early-career professionals, offering an opportunity not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to explore the practical application of criminal law.

Program agenda
The one-day course will cover the following topics:

The first session will focus on the specifics of applying detention as a preventive measure, followed by a discussion on house arrest as an alternative to deprivation of liberty and the related current issues.

Particular attention will be given to modern approaches to administrative supervision, along with an interactive Q&A session.

The second part will cover bail and suspension from office as mechanisms restricting property and labor rights, as well as the application of traditional preventive measures under the new legislative framework.

The course will conclude with a discussion on military supervision and practical assignments.
