Three Intensive Days and Hot Debates: "Corporate Law Summer School" Concludes

The American University of Armenia (AUA) hosted the Corporate Law Summer School, an initiative jointly organized by Concern Dialog Law Firm and the AUA LL.M. (Master of Laws) Program. Throughout the intensive three-day course, participants had the opportunity to work closely with leading industry experts to analyze and discuss key practical issues in business law and corporate governance.
The curriculum was strategically designed to equip participants with up-to-date, actionable knowledge essential for navigating today's complex business environment. The three-day program focused on several core pillars:
