Artificial Intelligence, Law, and Ethics: Professional Insights by Yevgenya Nikoghosyan at GAIFF Pro

As part of GAIFF Pro Industry, a panel discussion titled “AI, Copyright, and Ethics: Navigating the Threat, the Law, and the Future of AI in Creative Industries” was held, focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on the creative industries and intellectual property law.
Yevgenya Nikoghosyan, Co-Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at Concern Dialog, was among the panel speakers.
Yevgenya addressed the legal challenges surrounding copyright and intellectual property protection in the age of artificial intelligence, as well as practical issues arising for professionals working in the creative industries.
The panel also featured Gevorg Poghosyan, Director of the reArmenia Foundation and Co-Founder of Lumiverse, and Hovhannes Margaryan, Founder of Generative Technologies 485 and Producer and Director of the AI-integrated animated film Little Mher.
The discussion was moderated by Nare Leone Ter-Gabrielyan, Head of GAIFF Pro Industry and Producer.
The panel also explored the impact of AI on the creative industries, intellectual property protection strategies, and the importance of AI literacy.
