Attorney and PhD in Law Rafayel Sargsyan has joined Concern Dialog as Of Counsel.

Over nearly 20 years of professional work in Armenia’s banking sector, Mr Sargsyan has held a number of senior leadership positions, including heading the legal department of one of Armenia’s leading banks and serving as Chairman of its Board from 2022 to 2026.

His areas of expertise include banking and corporate law, financial regulation, corporate governance, financial instruments and securities, as well as compliance. Since 2008, Mr Sargsyan has taught banking and corporate law at the Faculties of Law of the Russian-Armenian University and Yerevan State University. He holds a PhD in Law.

Banking, finance and corporate law have long been among Concern Dialog’s core practice areas. Mr Sargsyan’s legal, management and corporate governance experience gained within the banking sector complements and strengthens the firm’s established expertise in these areas and further expands the range of services and expertise available to clients.
