Narine Beglaryan, Senior Partner at Concern Dialog, participated in the TAG Alliances Fall International Conference in Madrid, which brought together members of the global alliance to discuss collaboration, leadership, and the development of high-performing teams.

Held under the theme “The Real Deal: Champions in Collaboration, Building Winning Teams,” the conference explored how professional services firms can strengthen collaboration, develop effective leadership, and build resilient teams to navigate evolving challenges and achieve sustainable success.

The programme featured keynote presentations and specialised sessions addressing a range of topics relevant to the professional services sector. Discussions explored the connection between well-being and effective leadership, managing pressure and embracing change, as well as the practical application and governance of artificial intelligence.

Other sessions focused on lessons from major audit scandals, strategies for international arbitration, and the ways technological developments are reshaping pricing models, talent development, and client relationships.

The conference provided an opportunity for members to exchange professional insights, explore emerging trends, and strengthen connections across the international professional services community.

Concern Dialog values its active engagement in international professional networks and the opportunities these platforms create for professional exchange, cross-border cooperation, and the continued development of its expertise.
