Narine Beglaryan, the Attorney, joined Concern Dialog law firm in September 2013 as Senior Associate. Since 2016 she is a Partner of the firm, since 2023 July-Senior Partner.
Narine is specialized in Banking Law, Corporate law (she heads the corporate law and banking law and compliance areas of practice of the firm) Contract Law, as well as in court representation of her trustees’ interests of administrative and civil cases. At present, she specializes in the sphere of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism.
In the sphere of law, she has started her practical activity since 2007. Prior to joining our team, Narine had worked with Armentel CJSC (now Veon Armenia) as a Legal Advisor at the Department of Legal Support to the Business. For long years, she had been employed at the Legal Office of BTA Bank CJSC in the position of Chief Lawyer of Legal Office.
- From 2001 to 2005, studied at Moscow New Juridical Institute and obtained the Degree of Certified Specialist in Civil Law.
- Participated in Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition for two times and received the title of Best Speaker of the National Phase, as well as participated in the competition of scientific works of students organized at Moscow New Juridical Institute and won the 1st place.
- Contributed to the formation of uniform legal practice by submission of an appeal to the Court of Cassation on the term “Permissible Evidence”,
- Performed legal guidance of a business deal of total value above 6 mln Euro,
- Supported and continues to support a number of clients in a number of complicated disputes on legal aspects of their labor relations,
- Worked out a number of mechanisms of application of non-standard transactions for legal entities, as well as performed legal guidance for the formulation of afore mentioned transactions and further utilization,
