Yevgenya Nikoghosyan is a specialized attorney in the fields of intellectual property and civil law. She has been a member of the Armenian Bar Association since 2013 and has held the status of a registered Patent and Trademark Attorney since 2023.
She provides legal counsel to both corporate and individual clients in matters relating to intellectual property law, including copyright, trademarks, geographical indications, industrial designs, and patent protection. She also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation proceedings.
Since 2018, Ms. Nikoghosyan has served as a lecturer of Intellectual Property Law at the French University in Armenia, and since 2017, at the Russian-Armenian University.
Her prior experience includes serving as Chief Legal Counsel, Legal Counsel, and Legal Assistant in various organizations.
Ms. Nikoghosyan has successfully completed several professional training courses offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and holds corresponding international certifications. She holds a Ph.D. in Law.
She joined the Concern Dialog team in 2025.
